ABL - Cognos Developer

**Recruiter:** Lorena Hernández **Position: Cognos Developer** **Location:** Mexico City (Barranca del Muerto) **Industry:** Banking **Work Modality: Hybrid** **Your Responsibilities:** * Design and develop reports (Report Studio / Cognos Analytics Reporting). * Create interactive dashboards and visualizations. * Develop semantic models using Framework Manager. * Work with Data Modules in modern versions of Cognos. * Translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Analyze large volumes of data to identify insights. * Optimize queries and report performance. * Implement end-to-end solutions (lightweight ETL, modeling, reporting). * Provide user support (report and access troubleshooting). * Manage roles, security, and permissions within Cognos. * Integrate Cognos with data sources (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, SAP, etc.). * Work with advanced SQL queries. **Required Knowledge and Experience** * Experience with IBM Cognos Analytics (v10, v11 or later). * Framework Manager * Report Studio / Cognos Reporting * Dashboards and Data Modules * Solid knowledge of SQL. * Experience in dimensional modeling (star schema, snowflake). * Proficiency with relational databases. **Skills:** * Ability to work under pressure, high-quality output, and results-oriented **Your Career at Capgemini** * Working in a team environment, our consultants focus on analyzing, designing, and developing technology-based solutions for Capgemini’s clients. * You will collaborate with functional, technical, and business specialists to help develop the implementation and integration of innovative solutions and systems—including methodologies, techniques, and tools. * You will contribute responsibly and promptly to customer satisfaction by delivering services and products that generate added value. * Capgemini offers competitive compensation and benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Our global headquarters are in Paris, France, and we operate in over 50 countries.
