Administrative support for the department **Vacancy: Payroll Coordinator** We are looking for a **Payroll Coordinator** to join our team and ensure accurate execution of employee payment processes as well as benefits administration. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and process weekly and biweekly payroll. * Calculate earnings, deductions, taxes, and final settlements. * Track incidents (absences, tardiness, vacations, disabilities). * Administer and control food vouchers. * Review and safeguard payroll information. * Provide administrative support for the department. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (payroll clerk or related to payroll). * General knowledge of payroll processes. * Proficiency in Excel. * Organizational skills, confidentiality, and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently.
