At Morysan Comercial, a leading company in the paper industry, we are looking for **Printing Machine Operators** in the paper industry with experience in **Flexographic Printing.** Requirements: * **Minimum education**: Junior high school. * Minimum **3 years of experience** operating automatic and semi-automatic machines; experience in **central drum flexographic printing** is preferred. * Printing on **non-laminated substrates** * Operation of automatic and semi-automatic **central drum, medium- or wide-web** printing machines. * Proficiency in **PLC** and **machine control systems** * Ability to perform **adjustments and calibration** * Knowledge of **8-color printing processes, color control, quality control, water-based inks, anilox rolls, stick-back, engraving mounting, tension control, and roll-to-roll operations.** * Commitment to quality, teamwork, responsibility, and a proactive attitude. Responsibilities: * Operate and adjust **automatic and semi-automatic flexographic printing machines**, ensuring compliance with quality specifications. * Monitor proper **machine operation** throughout production cycles. * Perform **adjustments and calibrations** to ensure efficient and high-quality production. * Control the **printing process**, verifying correct material usage and accurate print registration. * **Identify and resolve equipment failures** quickly and efficiently, minimizing downtime. * Maintain production records, material consumption logs, and preventive maintenance schedules for machines. * Comply with **industrial safety regulations** and company-established procedures.
