Requisition ID: 257074 Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high\-performing culture. **Purpose** Ensure achievement of Corporate Banking objectives across various industries through developing and strengthening existing client relationships and expanding the corporate client base, focusing efforts on profitability, capital allocation, and contributing to the attainment of objectives set by the Global Banking \& Markets (“GBM”) business line, aligned with the Bank’s risk appetite. **Responsibilities** * Support Directors and Associate Directors in achieving acquisition, placement, revenue, and service objectives for Corporate Banking clients operating within the Mining, Telecom, Media, Technology, Diversified Industries, Conglomerates, and Cross-Border / Multinational sectors. * Maintain contact with GBM counterparts involved in the same industries in Mexico and other countries to generate insights, presentations, and synergies aimed at improving client service and increasing business opportunities, thereby delivering comprehensive value propositions and strategic ideas to clients. * Assist in data collection and preparation of presentations to position the Bank, lead dialogue, and develop relationships with key decision-makers in the client portfolio (e.g., CEOs, CFOs). * Assist in preparing “New Business Proposals” / “One Pagers”, including client and/or transaction analysis, identification and mitigation of key risks, and expected profitability using the “Client Profitability Model” (CPM). * Assist in tracking portfolio KPI compliance. * Assist in developing and modeling the portfolio’s business plan and path to profitability in CPM. * Assist in reviewing Credit Applications (Form 1035), credit agreements, and other legal documentation submitted to Risk departments, as well as providing related information regarding client contact, relationship strategy, and product/service profitability. * Understand the Bank’s risk culture and apply it in daily activities and decisions. * Ensure compliance with and effectiveness of business controls, including responsibilities established under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, International Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Manual, and Business Conduct Guidelines. * Foster an inclusive workplace, communicate the Bank’s vision, values, and business strategy, and safeguard the Bank’s reputation with clients and the market. **Requirements** ✓ Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Engineering, or related field ✓ Preference for 1 year of experience in corporate sales or related area. ✓ Preference for knowledge of credit analysis and structuring for corporate and commercial clients. ✓ Knowledge of the Mexican banking market. ✓ Proficiency in English.
