This position is critical to transforming operations into reliable information, enabling data-driven decision making and continuous process improvement. **What We Are Looking For:** An analytical, structured, and results-oriented profile capable of monitoring operations through data and identifying areas for improvement. **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Programming, or related degree * Minimum GPA of 9.0 * Proficiency in data analysis * Advanced Excel or Google Sheets (mandatory) * Knowledge of Python and SQL (preferred) * Ability to identify errors, delays, and inconsistencies across departments Key Responsibilities * Analysis and management of operational data * Generation of reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) * Detection of operational deviations * Data quality control and validation * Cross-departmental incident tracking What We Offer * Monthly salary of $20,000 to $25,000 * Statutory benefits from day one * Job stability within a solid company * A role with direct operational impact * A dynamic and results-oriented environment Apply through this channel.
