A company driven by our people.** **Requirements:** * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills: proficiency in pivot tables, databases, formulas, and chart creation. * Knowledge of OTM (Oracle Transportation Management): preferred. * Experience: 1–3 years in operational planning or logistics functions. * Specific experience: cubing and capacity control. * Knowledge of transport unit types. * Knowledge of Mexico: routes, zones, and strategic locations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Generate and assign trips according to transportation requirements. * Prepare and maintain vehicle registration records for assigned units. * Review and validate cost agreements provided by the client for transportation assignment. * Generate and manage QR codes for operational processes. * Request and collect information from transportation carriers. * Track confirmation of supplementary information required to prepare Carta Porte documents. **Work Schedule: Flexible availability** * Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday morning shift. **Work Location: Cuautitlan Izcalli** We offer: * $16,224 monthly gross salary * 10% food vouchers * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Indefinite-term employment contract. **At DHL Mexico, you’ll find an environment that challenges you to maximize your skills and professional potential.
