**ABOUT YOU**
* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or Business\-related discipline
* Comprehensive knowledge of all functional areas of Human Resources, typically gained through at least 7\-10 years of progressive Human Resource Management experience
* Experience in a professional services environment is highly desirable
* Demonstrated experience acting as a trusted advisor to management regarding HR issues
* Demonstrated experience resolving complex employee relations issues
* Demonstrated experience managing staff
* Detailed knowledge of local employment laws, as well as U.S. immigration laws preferred
* Strong analytic capabilities
+ Ability to use data to generate insights and recommend actions
* Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills
+ Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
+ Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Strong process skills of follow up and follow through
