Together, we shape the world we want to live in. **We are looking for:** External Development and Training Intern **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Business Management. **Experience:** Not required. **Language:** English (Basic/Intermediate) **Job Mission:** Support and monitor various activities conducted at PSVs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in LPA implementation by performing material intake, handling, and dispatch activities using Volvo systems and processes. * Assist in work order management: opening, tracking, and closing work orders — developing decision-making and time management skills. Update work orders during operations, e.g., mileage and inspection activities. * Support the use of Volvo systems such as LDS, PROMPT, and ASIST. * Support the implementation of the 5S methodology (Housekeeping). * Develop and monitor investment projects related to PSVs, ensuring proper planning and control of operational expenses. * Coordinate logistics for shipping materials to various service points, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. * Assist and monitor suppliers for spare parts, consumables, and resources needed for efficient PSV workshop operations. * Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations per applicable laws and internal guidelines in all operations and processes. * Assist in generating requests for specialized workshop tools aligned with operational and technical requirements. * Assist in controlling and tracking assets assigned to PSVs (tools, equipment, furniture, etc.). * Support the planning and coordination of preventive maintenance for workshop equipment and facilities. * Support the standardization of administrative processes across different service points. * Resolve administrative and operational incidents related to materials, work orders, and services. * Organize and manage critical information for daily PSV operations. **Location:** Tultitlán, State of Mexico.
