Knowledge of ERP and WMS systems. Basic Excel Telephone etiquette Proactively identify and resolve in-transit incidents Continuously follow up on generated reports until resolution Monitor confirmed returns to ensure proper closure via reverse logistics. Monitor in-transit returns to expedite correct return processing Strengthen relationships with courier services, acting as the primary communication channel for incident resolution. Answer 95% of calls within 20 seconds. Maintain call abandonment rate below 2% Respond to any request (internal/external customer) within a maximum of 2 business hours Follow up on clarifications to ensure resolution within a maximum of 72 business hours We offer: Monthly base salary of $8,364 (net).
