We invite you to apply for the position of: **"Billing Clerk"** **Job Objective:** Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of sales orders. **Main Responsibilities:** Invoicing various sales made by the company (local, distribution centers, employee sales, counter sales, assets, etc.) Printing and assembling invoices or downloading XML files and sending PDF files, as required by the customer. Uploading invoices to customer portals, as required. Canceling invoices, credit notes, or debit notes (SAP only). Controlling issued invoices as payment processing documents (distribution centers excluded). Generating delivery numbers and releasing goods for transfers from PRIMO to various distribution centers. Re-invoicing Preparing daily billing report (distribution centers excluded) for the shipping department. Preparing group billing report for the cost department. Providing payments to Credit and Collections after invoicing orders with advance payment and verifying that payment is complete. **Academic and Technical Requirements** Minimum: Completed Technical Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Administration, or related fields. **Required Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in: Office software proficiency SAP system proficiency Knowledge of billing portal operations **Skills and Competencies:** Organization Initiative Decision-making Planning Teamwork Effective communication **We Offer:** $14,000 monthly gross salary, commensurate with skills and experience Statutory benefits Enhanced benefits Job stability If you are interested and meet the profile, do not hesitate to apply.
