Description
**Job Objective**
Conduct topographic surveys, level calculations, and technical supervision for earthwork projects, ensuring precision in project execution and compliance with technical specifications.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct field topographic surveys using specialized equipment (total station, GPS, drone, automatic level).
* Prepare drawings, profiles, and cross-sections for earthwork projects.
* Monitor and verify cut-and-fill volumes.
* Support planning and supervision of earthmoving operations.
* Verify proper execution of work in accordance with drawings and specifications.
* Coordinate with site supervisors and civil engineers for technical adjustments.
* Prepare technical reports and field logs.
* Comply with on-site safety and quality standards.
* Required Competencies
* Technical precision: Advanced operation of surveying instruments and drafting software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
* Organization and planning: Ability to structure surveys and reports clearly and promptly.
* Teamwork: Effective collaboration with engineers, site supervisors, and construction personnel.
* Problem solving: Ability to identify deviations and propose immediate technical solutions.
* Adaptability: Willingness to work onsite under diverse conditions.
**Candidate Profile**
* Academic background: Degree in Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years conducting topographic surveys for earthwork projects.
**Additional Knowledge:**
* Volume calculation and quantity takeoff.
* Construction and on-site safety regulations.
* Proficiency in specialized software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS).

Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month
