We’re looking for your talent as an **IT COORDINATOR**. **Your objective will be:** To lead and optimize the area’s technological infrastructure and processes to ensure business continuity and information integrity; to serve as a cornerstone for regulatory compliance (ITIL), security (ISO 27001), and continuity (ISO 22301). **Your responsibilities:** * 24/7 continuity of critical services: internet, email, telecommunications, and backups. * Supervise/develop the IT team; ensure quality standards and response times. * Security: firewall and Active Directory policies; traceability of electronic supplies; internal/external audits. * Optimization: vendor negotiations; replacement of obsolete equipment. * Governance: creation and control of SOPs; continuous improvement and change control. * Operational resilience: compliance with ISO 27001/22301. * Infrastructure: structured cabling, servers, and CCTV. Networks: DNS, DHCP, VPN; Wi‑Fi and firewalls. Cloud/Software: advanced administration of **Microsoft 365**, Bitdefender, and Active Directory. Equipment support and maintenance (mandatory).
