Position: Flexographic Machine Operator – *Somos Cartón* **Location:** *Unión Manzana 003, Industrial Cuamatla, 54730 Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico.* www.somoscarton.com **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm * Saturdays from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm Option to rotate shifts. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate flexographic machines for printing, die-cutting, and assembling corrugated cardboard boxes. * Check that supplies, inks, and materials are ready before startup. * Adjust basic machine parameters (speed, pressure, registration) according to established procedures. * Monitor in-process product quality (dimensions, print, strength). * Meet assigned production schedules and report incidents. * Participate in cleaning, basic maintenance, and job changeovers. * Collaborate with the team on improvements and safety. **Requirements** * Age: 20 to 25 years. * Education: Completed high school or preparatory school. * Previous experience in plant, warehouse, production, or maintenance desirable (not essential). * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Willingness to learn and be trained in flexo operation (models 1986 to 2024\) **Desired Skills and Knowledge** * **Basic mechanical skills and electrical knowledge** (to understand the machine). * **Use of measuring instruments** (rulers, calipers, scales). * **Attention to detail** for quality inspection. * **Discipline and organization** in the work area. * **Teamwork and communication** with supervisor and coworkers. * **Quick learning ability**: follow technical training instructions. **We Offer** * Initial training provided by machinery supplier (including new and older models). * Opportunity for advancement to qualified operator with salary increases based on achieved level. * Statutory benefits and stable working environment. **Selection Process** * Initial interview. * Basic aptitude and safety assessment. * Technical training on machines.
