




Position Objective: * Support department tasks and provide technical assistance. Responsibilities: * Perform preventive maintenance according to the established schedule. * Format and/or reinstall operating systems when required. * Create codes for Grupo MIM. * Generate outbound notes (applies to all branches and subsidiaries except Mexico). * Create users in the MIM System. * Create email accounts. * Authorize purchase orders. * Create backups of the MIM System databases. * Schedule preventive maintenance at headquarters and branches. * Install and configure voice equipment. * Maintain and update PBX records. Required Knowledge: * Office 365, Office 2021, Office 2019, 2016, 2013. * Aspel Coi, Aspel Noi. * SQL Server Express 2019 programming. * Maintenance of Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019. * Intermediate Linux knowledge. * PBX management and all matters related to voice services, trunks, analog, digital, and IP voice services. * Perimeter Firewall maintenance (Checkpoint, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Barracuda). * Administration of routers and switches for asymmetric, symmetric, and dedicated links. * CCTV installation. * Unified communications (Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.).
