Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Architect to prepare executive drawings, develop innovative concepts, and create high-quality 3D models and renderings for residential and commercial projects. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of executive drawings for residential and commercial projects. 2. Development of innovative concepts and high-quality 3D models. 3. Advanced proficiency in Lumion, SketchUp, Photoshop, and AutoCAD. Project Architect Responsibilities: · Preparation of executive drawings for residential, commercial, and other projects. · Criteria and development of installation drawings (electrical, plumbing, stormwater, etc.). · Ensuring timely progress and delivery of executive projects. · Creation of 3D models and renderings for residential, commercial, and other projects. · Proposing and developing highly innovative concepts. · Ensuring timely progress and delivery of projects. · Model staging, scene preparation, virtual walkthroughs, and post-production. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Knowledge of plumbing and electrical installations. Preparation of executive projects. Experience in architectural 3D visualization. Portfolio of work (mandatory) with high-quality renderings. Leadership, creativity, and strong teamwork skills. Advanced Lumion, Advanced SketchUp, Advanced Photoshop, Advanced AutoCAD, Basic REVIT, Microsoft Office. We Offer: Salary based on qualifications, statutory benefits, job stability, working hours: On-site employment, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM, and Saturdays, 9 AM to 2 PM. Salary: $11,000\.00 \- $13,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
