**Tax Analyst, Mexico** **Location: Centrum** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail\-oriented and motivated Tax Analyst to support tax compliance, reporting, and analysis activities for our operations in Mexico. This role will work closely with senior tax and finance team members to ensure timely and accurate tax filings, maintain compliance with local tax regulations, and support internal tax processes and audits. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in accounting or tax, experience in a multinational or manufacturing environment, and fluency in professional\-level English to support coordination with regional and global teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist with the preparation and filing of monthly and annual tax returns, including income tax, VAT, and withholding taxes. * Support internal and external audits by gathering documentation and responding to information requests. * Track changes in local tax regulations and support process updates to ensure ongoing compliance. * Work with internal finance teams to reconcile tax accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting. * Maintain proper documentation of tax filings, payments, and supporting calculations. * Assist with transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transaction reviews. * Support internal controls and compliance standards related to tax operations. * Participate in tax\-related projects and process improvement initiatives as needed. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * 2–4 years of experience in tax or accounting, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing company. * Working knowledge of Mexican tax regulations and local compliance processes. * Fluency in professional\-level English is required for collaboration with regional/global teams. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP and tax software is a plus. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills; a team\-oriented mindset.
