Assist with luggage and offer beverages to guests **Job Objective** Provide safe, punctual, and high-quality transportation services to guests between the airport and properties, ensuring a **premium experience from the first physical contact with the company**. **Main Responsibilities** Conduct airport-to-villa / villa-to-airport transfers * Greet guests with a professional attitude (first physical point of contact) * Assist with luggage * Maintain the vehicle clean, fully stocked, and in excellent condition * Monitor flights (delays, changes) * Coordinate with concierge and operations teams * Report incidents or delays * Provide basic information to guests (restaurants, area, tips) * Deliver a "luxury hotel"-style experience * Offer beverages * Play appropriate music / maintain comfortable climate * Warm yet professional demeanor **Candidate Profile** **Requirements:** * Valid driver's license * Minimum 2 years of driving experience (ideal: tourism / executive) * Knowledge of routes in Los Cabos * Flexible availability (including nights / weekends) **Skills:** * Excellent personal presentation * Customer service (key) * Exceptional punctuality * Problem-solving ability * Basic/intermediate English * Hospitality experience Salary \+ Tips Location: Cabo San Lucas \- San José del Cabo
