




Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer or Technician to provide remote and on-site technical support, performing equipment configuration, maintenance, and repair, as well as security management and infrastructure projects. Structured cabling infrastructure project development **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Systems Technician, or Computer Science **Experience:** · Minimum 6 months of experience in Remote and/or On-site Support **Responsibilities:** · Preparation and configuration of new Windows 10 or newer devices · Configuration of applications, email, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint · Corrective and preventive maintenance · Repair of computer systems and peripheral devices · Security policy configuration · Installation and configuration of antivirus and security consoles · Installation and configuration of peripheral devices · Development of structured cabling infrastructure projects **Knowledge Requirements:** · Backup creation, formatting, and software/hardware installation · Basic structured cabling knowledge · Protocols and configuration of Active Directory accounts, domains, and VPN connections **Salary:** $12,000 MXN monthly, tax-free. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $11,000.00 \- $12,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone Education: * Incomplete or ongoing Higher Technical Education (Preferred) Experience: * Technical Support: 1 year (Mandatory) Language: * English (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
