Mow lawns and trim edges, rake leaves, and perform other lawn maintenance tasks. Wash, clean, and refuel all equipment after use. Maintain planters, baskets, and boxes through watering, weeding, pruning, and other maintenance tasks. Remove and bag trash from all exterior trash receptacles. Maintain the appearance of fountains, planters, or other landscape features through cleaning, replacement, or repair. Maintain the appearance and safety of sidewalks, entrances, cart paths, or parking areas by filling cracks, holes, and performing other repairs. Operate tractors, trucks, or utility vehicles to transport equipment and supplies. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure both uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain confidentiality of company-owned information; protect company assets. Support all fellow coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team in achieving common goals. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards. Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds (22.50 kg) or equivalent without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout the entire work shift.
