Job Summary: A security professional responsible for surveillance, access control, and supporting the implementation of preventive measures to safeguard the safety of people and assets. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for security and risk prevention. 2. Monitoring and surveillance of facilities and perimeters. 3. Assistance in basic emergencies and first aid. Job Description: **Job Objective:** Safeguard the safety of guests, homeowners, staff, and company assets through the implementation of preventive and control measures. **Main Responsibilities:** * Reviewing and recording personnel, vendor, and guest entries and exits * Preventive monitoring and surveillance of perimeters and internal facilities to ensure compliance with regulations. * Maintaining vendor logs, verifying services rendered (e.g., fumigation, water, diesel) to ensure accurate billing and receipt. * Managing inventories of radios, laptops, cell phones, and other assigned equipment. * Assisting in the implementation, follow-up, and documentation of the Internal Civil Protection Program trainings, in coordination with response teams. * Responding to basic emergencies, including administering first aid and properly managing the first-aid kit. **Job Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in private security, surveillance, or similar positions. * Basic knowledge of security protocols, risk prevention, and first aid. * Education: Completed junior high school or high school. * Experience maintaining logs, inventories, or administrative controls (preferred). * Flexible availability for shift schedules * Proactive, organized, and prevention-oriented attitude Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms * Statutory benefits and above * 5 working days with 2 days off per week Work Location: On-site employment Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment Salary: $11,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
