Or, as we like to put it: BENTELER makes it happen!* Monitoring execution of both internal and external audits according to the annual audit program. * Implementation of action plans for systematic failures identified during audits. * Ensuring implementation and deployment of CSR requirements. * Updating affected procedures resulting from changes in specific customer and/or global requirements (Viflow). * Providing support for coordinating the management review with the plant. * Serving as an internal auditor for conducting internal and customer audits. * Conducting system analysis for weak processes identified during audits. * Coordinating responses and evidence submission for corrective actions arising from nonconformities identified in internal and external audits. * Consulting portals and preparing presentations for customer scorecards. * Supporting the deployment of quality system changes originating from Global and Regional Quality. * Responsible for uploading and maintaining related information in customer portals as well as Benteler’s internal systems. * Executing control and updating of documentation for the quality management system. * Coordinating training for the quality management system, including induction and SGC-specific training. * Verifying effectiveness of implemented corrective actions. * Supporting and monitoring third-party audits. \- Supporting and monitoring second-party audits. \- Supporting preparation and monitoring of the audit system and processes (Global Management System). * Preparing, conducting, and following up on customer-specific audits. * Preparing, conducting, and following up on CQI audits. * Conducting and supporting internal IATF 16949 audits. \- Conducting and supporting internal VDA 6\.3 audits and process audits within project management in manufacturing processes. \- Knowledge of IATF rules and their application. * Compliance with and application of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 standards, including ISO 19011. * Compliance with and application of the Management System (manual, policy, process flow, documents, BENTELER standards, process turtles, etc.), including B\-Search and SAP BI Reports. * Knowledge of Product Development Process (PDP) (for system auditors auditing the development process—for example, within the business unit—the target profile must be defined as expert), including knowledge of Gate Review and Project Management in SAP JPA. * Knowledge of operations and processes to be audited, including process risk analysis (e.g., P\-FMEA) and control plans. * Monitoring and tracking COMPASS (Quality Chapters) implementation. * Managing the inactive document archive. **Your contact** Francisco Melendez Cruz BENTELER Human Resources Phone: \+52 222 223\-2077 ### **BENEFITS**
