Production Coordinator

At **Morejos Global Company**, we are a growing company located in Apizaco, Tlaxcala, dedicated to hybrid manufacturing (mass production and custom projects). We integrate technologies such as CNC cutting, laser cutting, UV printing, DTF printing, and manual assembly and sewing processes. We seek a leader who will professionalize our company and help us scale to the next level. **Position Objective:** Ensure operational efficiency by balancing workload between urgent custom orders and mass production, guaranteeing quality standards and resource optimization. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Planning and Control:** Manage daily and weekly production schedules, allocating resources across different departments. * **Process Engineering:** Create and maintain up-to-date technical sheets, and standardize cycle times and motions. * **Quality:** Conduct in-line quality supervision to reduce waste (especially in acrylic and textiles) and ensure "Zero Defects" in shipments. * **Continuous Improvement:** Implement Lean methodologies (5S, Kanban) to maintain order and workflow on the shop floor. * **Maintenance:** Manage the preventive maintenance schedule for machinery. * **Leadership:** Coordinate and train the operations team, fostering a disciplined and high-performance work environment. **Candidate Requirements:** * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Processes, or related field (degree holder or intern). * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years coordinating production, plant supervision, or process engineering. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Intermediate-to-Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, 5S). * Preferred: Familiarity with CNC/laser machine operation or graphic arts/light manufacturing industries; inventory management/administration and ERP system operation. * **Skills:** Leadership of operational staff, problem-solving under pressure, impeccable organizational skills. * **Residence:** Must live near Apizaco, Yauhquemehcan, or surrounding areas (Tlaxcala). **We Offer:** * **Monthly Salary:** $15,000 \- $20,000 MXN net (based on experience and competencies). * Statutory benefits from day one. * Productivity bonus tied to KPI achievement (on-time deliveries and waste reduction). * Genuine growth and development opportunities within an expanding company. * Job stability.
