




Job Summary: Assist the kitchen supervisor in food preparation, work line setup, cleaning, and inventory control, ensuring hygiene and compliance with policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in the preparation and setup of the work line. 2. Maintain control of supplies and hygiene in the area. 3. Report incidents and ensure compliance with processes. * Report to the kitchen supervisor. * Set up and dismantle your work line; clean and disinfect equipment. * Prepare or produce items according to given instructions. * Comply with company processes and policies. * Maintain order in storage areas. * Report any incidents to your immediate supervisor or manager. * Arrange requested merchandise in storage or with suppliers. * Keep your work area clean. * Perform pre-shift preparation of daily requirements. * Maintain personal appearance and hygiene. * Implement first-in, first-out (FIFO) control for supplies. * Adhere to established working hours. * Conduct shift handover to your relief; otherwise, report to your manager. * Label all supplies. * Regularly report surpluses and shortages (8/6 and 9/11\). * Monitor orders attentively. * This job description is illustrative, not exhaustive.
