Job stability **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for serving and preparing beverages for customers; manages inventory and controls supplies within the area, ensures proper use of each item, and maintains order and cleanliness of all equipment in the area according to the establishment’s quality and hygiene standards. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Experience in the field * Control of incoming, outgoing, and shrinkage items * FIFO (First-In, First-Out) control * Preparation and assembly of beverages and cocktails * Reside near Valquirico **PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. Prior to beverage preparation, the area must be in perfect condition of cleanliness. 2\. Prepare beverages according to order instructions, recipes, and establishment standards. 3\. Serve beverages at the recommended temperature, using the correct service equipment, in accordance with establishment policies. 4\. Prepare necessary equipment and supplies to provide service. 5\. Clean and prepare areas for bar service. 6\. Conduct inventory counts to request missing items from the warehouse and prepare requisitions for restocking wine, liquors, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages, following established procedures. 7\. Apply standard measurements, recipes, wines, and liquors at the bar to deliver quality service to customers. 8\. Maintain control and records of products received, stored, and issued to the service area. 9\.
