Hybrid/Puebla \| Full-time We are looking for an Academic Support Specialist who wants to join a team transforming how schools integrate educational technology. Role Mission You will be the strategic partner to school principals and teachers. Your goal is to ensure that every school trusting LUCA has an exceptional experience, making our platform their favorite classroom tool. You won’t just resolve questions—you’ll drive the educational success of our community! What You’ll Do * Provide support and training to teachers and principals on using our platform. * Customer service and support. * Ensure satisfaction and success for schools working with Luca. * Resolve inquiries and deliver efficient, empathetic, personalized assistance. * Collect user feedback to continuously improve our educational offering. We’re Looking For Someone Who: * Has teaching experience in elementary education (minimum 2 years preferred). * Has experience as a teacher coordinator (minimum 2 years preferred). * Is skilled at using technological tools and digital platforms. * Possesses excellent communication and customer service skills. * Demonstrates proactive attitude and problem-solving focus. * Has high availability for travel to support processes across various schools nationwide. * Bilingual (English) — preferred. * Ideally resides in Guadalajara, Puebla, or CDMX.
