This position is critical in supporting dining area operations, ensuring fast, organized service aligned with the restaurant’s quality and hospitality standards. We seek energetic individuals with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and commitment to service, who are interested in developing their careers in food and beverage. Job Objective To provide operational support to the service team, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages, as well as maintaining cleanliness, order, and presentation of the dining area to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Main Responsibilities * Assist waiters in the timely delivery of dishes and beverages * Maintain constant coordination between kitchen and service area * Verify presentation, temperature, and plating of dishes * Restock utensils, glassware, and tableware during service * Ensure tables remain clean, organized, and properly set * Assist in cleaning, organizing, and arranging the dining area * Support special events and periods of high demand Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience as a runner, waiter assistant, or in customer service * Excellent personal appearance * Flexible availability * Ability to work under pressure * Passion for service and hospitality Competencies * Service-oriented attitude * Energy and speed in operations * Attention to detail * Proactivity * Teamwork * Effective communication * Responsibility We Offer * Monthly salary of $9,452\.00 * Additional weekly tip income * Statutory benefits starting from day 45 * Professional and dynamic work environment * Growth opportunities within the service area Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,452\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
