We seek talent eager to grow within a dynamic, collaborative environment filled with love and flavor. **Become part of our restaurant!** ***We are looking for: MANAGER*** **Requirements:** * High school diploma or incomplete bachelor's degree * Minimum 4 years of experience * Flexible availability **Responsibilities:** * Supervise proper table and supply setup according to service theme. * Verify orderliness and cleanliness of the dining area, ensuring it remains ready for service. * Communicate and monitor adherence to the restaurant’s established service script among staff. * Train waitstaff, runners, and hostesses on service procedures, customer service, plating, etc. * Suggest appetizers, cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. * Support onboarding and training of new staff members. * Assist with inventory reviews. * Reconcile cash values with the cashier; perform and report daily cash reconciliation. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Ongoing training * Tips * Growth and development opportunities **Work Location:** * Ocho30 branch.
