Position Summary: We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Designer to generate social impact through design with emotional and commercial focus. Key Highlights: 1. Alebrije Foundation is an NGO focused on generating social impact through cultural, community-based, and fundraising initiatives. We seek a creative, strategic, and solution-oriented individual who can connect design with emotions, social causes, and effective commercial communication. Position **Senior Designer – Emotional Marketing and Commercial Design** Work Modality * Remote work (Home Office) * Availability for in-person or virtual meetings as required Candidate Profile We seek a multitasking, organized individual with creative/commercial vision capable of developing visual materials with emotional, strategic, and social focus. Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design and commercial/emotional campaigns * Experience in branding, digital campaigns, and advertising design * Knowledge of printing and file preparation for production * Ability to illustrate and develop original visual concepts * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency * Ability to work toward objectives and meet deadlines * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Adaptability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Responsibilities * Development of visual identity for campaigns and events * Design of social media content, fundraising materials, and strategic partnerships * Creation of printed and digital materials * Design of commercial presentations and sponsorship proposals * Development of illustrations and creative concepts * Visual quality supervision for print and production * Participation in brainstorming sessions and emotional communication strategies * Adaptation of content for various formats and platforms Desired Software and Skills * Adobe Illustrator * Photoshop * InDesign * Canva Pro * Figma (desirable) * Basic video editing and motion graphics knowledge (plus) What We Value * Creative sensitivity and visual storytelling * Initiative and autonomy * Strategic and commercial thinking * Interest in social and human-impact projects * Creativity with emotional and experiential focus How to Apply Submit: * CV * Updated portfolio * Social media links or Behance/Dribbble (optional) * Expected salary To the organization's email or via direct message: alebrijefoundation@gmail.com Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours Workplace: Remote/hybrid in Cholula, Pue.
