Fosters communication and team organizational skills **Mentory Grupo Consultor is looking for a Hostess \- Fine Dining Restaurant in Puebla, Puebla** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Hostess** **Main Responsibilities** * **Welcoming and Farewell:** Greet diners courteously and bid them farewell with gratitude for their visit. * **Reservation Management:** Manage reservations made via telephone, digital platforms (e.g., OpenTable), or in person. * **Table Assignment:** Seat customers strategically to avoid overburdening servers and optimize space utilization. * **Waitlist Management:** Inform guests of estimated wait times and organize them when the restaurant is full. * **Initial Service:** Distribute menus, inform guests about daily specials, and accommodate special needs (e.g., baby chairs, wheelchair access) **Education:** Completed high school diploma or technical degree in Tourism, Administration, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in a similar position within restaurants. **Knowledge:** Customer service and attention. Reservation handling. Waitlist organization.
