Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Architect with experience in project development and coordination, advanced software skills, and knowledge of construction standards. Key Highlights: 1. Architectural project development and coordination. 2. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Lumion. 3. Knowledge of and ability to apply construction processes and standards. **Required Profile** We seek a professional with solid academic training and verifiable experience in: * Architectural project development and coordination. * Knowledge of and ability to apply construction processes and installations. * Preparation of construction drawings and construction details. * Advanced use of AutoCAD and Revit. * Proficiency in modeling and rendering software: SketchUp, V\-Ray, and Lumion. * Quantity takeoff. * Preparation of material requisitions. * Knowledge of and ability to apply current construction standards. * Preparation of work generators.
