Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor with personnel and service management experience, responsible for supervising and coordinating campus-wide cleaning operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of cleaning services. 2. Management and control of unionized staff. 3. Administration of resources and activity monitoring. We are looking for your talent as a Cleaning Supervisor with the following qualifications: High School Diploma Experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar role (e.g., housekeeping supervisor, waitstaff supervisor, or related positions) Service-oriented attitude Customer service orientation Responsibilities: Supervise and verify cleaning services across campus spaces and areas, as well as solid waste collection and transportation according to operational plans (routes, frequencies, schedules, etc.), to prevent risks to health and the environment. Duties: * Coordinate and supervise cleaning services to meet campus area requirements and needs. * Manage and supervise unionized cleaning staff. * Supervise and schedule cleaning tasks across campus. * Monitor and track staff attendance, reporting any incidents to management. * Schedule and supervise staff work assignments based on routine cleaning, special events, and general cleaning needs. * Oversee human and material resource processes. * Inspect tool inventories to ensure effective task execution. * Perform duties inherent to the area of responsibility, as directed by management. * Administer resources assigned to cleaning services. * Monitor assigned activity schedules to control cleaning across various university areas and maintain appropriate tracking. * Guide cleaning staff in performing assigned tasks. * Determine priority areas requiring cleaning and assign them to supervised staff, ensuring fair and equitable workload distribution. * Receive cleaning requirement reports from immediate supervisor for different institutional areas. Submit daily operational reports with relevant information. * Supervise and control assigned resources (equipment or others) used in delivering cleaning services. * Establish task priorities prior to staff assignment, based on directives received from the immediate supervisor. * Supervise cleaning activities performed by subordinates and provide corresponding follow-up. * Inspect and evaluate task performance by supervised staff. * Prepare and submit periodic activity reports to the immediate supervisor. * Ensure that supervised staff have required cleaning materials and equipment to perform their duties. * Ensure that tasks assigned to supervised staff are carried out promptly and efficiently, in accordance with established rules and procedures. * Supervise compliance with safety measures during assigned tasks. * Maintain order in equipment and work areas, reporting any anomalies. * Perform any other duties assigned within the scope of this position. Shift availability: Monday to Friday, 7:00–16:00 h or 12:00–21:00 h; Saturday, 7:00–15:00 h or 11:00–19:00 h; Monday to Friday, 22:00–6:30 h.
