Timely analysis of payroll information **Job Description** We are seeking a **Payroll Coordinator** responsible for coordinating and executing operational payroll processes in compliance with current legislation and institutional policies, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and control over employee payments, as well as accuracy and timely analysis of payroll information. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Degree certificate and professional license are mandatory. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing, social security, and compensation. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Labor, tax, and social security legislation. * Calculation of taxes, IMSS contributions, and INFONAVIT contributions. * Basic accounting and reconciliations. * CFDI stamping and bank disbursement. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and payroll systems (Fortia is desirable). **Main Responsibilities** * Process and review incidents reported by each department, ensuring their accurate entry into the payroll system. * Accurately calculate and validate earnings, deductions, taxes, and withholdings. * Open, process, and close payroll periods in the system. * Manage personnel movements (hires, terminations, salary adjustments). * Record accounting entries, generate reports, and perform reconciliations. * Execute and validate CFDI stamping in accordance with current tax regulations. * Manage obligations with third parties (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, unions, etc.). * Prepare and maintain physical and digital payroll files. * Provide support and guidance to employees on payroll-related matters. * Support internal and external audits.
