Team collaboration in a fine dining restaurant A prestigious fine dining restaurant group is seeking ***A Kitchen Assistant with specialized pastry knowledge.*** For the **ANGELÓPOLIS AREA**, located on **ATLIXCAYOTL AVENUE**, opposite Residencial La Vista Main Responsibilities: * Assist in preparing bases, fillings, creams, doughs, and decorations according to the pastry chef’s instructions. * Perform daily mise en place for service (weighing, portioning, and organizing ingredients). * Assist in basic dessert plating following established presentation standards. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the pastry area during and after shifts. * Wash and disinfect utensils, molds, and work equipment. * Support inventory control and proper ingredient rotation (FIFO). * Follow standardized recipes and food hygiene and safety guidelines. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure appropriate timing during service. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of pastry experience, preferably in fine dining restaurants or luxury hotels. * Technical training in Gastronomy, Pastry Arts, or related field (preferred). * Knowledge of modern pastry techniques and contemporary presentation. * Proper handling of hygiene and sanitary regulations.
