Requirements **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (degree certificate and professional license mandatory). * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations. * Experience managing operational staff (large teams preferred). * Knowledge of warehouse processes: receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping. * Experience handling performance indicators (KPIs) and achieving operational targets. * Familiarity with quality and industrial safety standards. * Experience managing payroll incidents, absenteeism, and staff turnover. * Leadership, organizational, decision-making, and results-oriented skills. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. Responsibilities **Primary Responsibilities:** * Coordinate personnel to meet objectives for raw material, materials, bulk goods receipt, and finished/semi-finished product shipments. * Ensure correct loading, assembly, and auditing of finished products, guaranteeing zero shipping incidents. * Manage payroll incidents, disabilities, absenteeism, and turnover by providing team follow-up and feedback. * Achieve established operational KPIs (cube utilization, process confirmation, shift planning). * Ensure compliance with quality standards (Good Storage Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Documentation Practices). * Meet KPIs. * Coordinate cyclic inventory counts in the warehouse.
