Public assistance and report preparation The locations cover 7 different branches situated in various shopping centers; daily duties include: * **Access Control:** Monitor entry/exit of personnel and vehicles, verify credentials, and register visitors in logbooks. * **Patrolling and Surveillance:** Conduct rounds to detect suspicious activities, intruders, or vulnerabilities (e.g., open doors, lights turned off). * **Security Monitoring:** Monitor video surveillance cameras and alarms in real time to respond promptly to anomalies. * **Incident Reporting:** Document incidents, observations, and daily reports in physical or digital logbooks. * **Emergency Management:** Execute fire, earthquake, or threat response protocols, assist in evacuations, and provide first aid. * **Asset Custody:** Protect company assets, supervise cargo loading/unloading, and control access to restricted areas. * **Assistance and Service:** Provide guidance to visitors and maintain order within the assigned area.
