Lead a team of maintenance technicians We are looking for a passionate Maintenance Coordinator to join our great team. Requirements: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering. - Experience: 3 years in the field (industrial experience preferred, especially in construction). - Residence near the Huamantla area. - Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues. Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production equipment, machinery, and infrastructure. Implement predictive maintenance systems to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency. Coordinate with external suppliers for procurement of spare parts and specialized technical services. Develop and lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring their continuous training. Manage inventory of spare parts and materials required for maintenance. Prepare periodic reports on machinery status, operational efficiency, and improvement plans. Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordination in machinery and equipment maintenance. Ensure equipment safety conditions and handle equipment delivery/receipt to end users. Meet KPIs.
