Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to manage the sales staff and resolve operational incidents remotely. Key Highlights: 1. Paid and continuous training 2. We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to oversee the daily management of our sales staff and remotely monitor and follow up on operational incidents. A C T I V I T I E S * Supervise and monitor the daily operations of operational staff. * Identify, validate, and resolve staffing-related incidents or issues (absences, turnover, staff reports, etc.). * Maintain constant communication with department heads, supervisors, and point-of-sale staff to ensure smooth operations. * Ensure achievement of the target set by the bank. * Staffing control, contracts, and personnel files management. * Request and track final settlement calculations and termination procedures. * Manage and track productivity letters and commitment letters. * Monitor regional targets and provide periodic progress reports. * Resolve problems with a strong sense of urgency. * Communicate monthly targets to Team Leaders and SWAT Leaders.
