




Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant for physical and digital file management, responsible for employee onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and personnel tracking. We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant focused on managing physical and digital personnel files nationwide. **A C T I V I T I E S** * Timely and accurate processing of IMSS registrations, cancellations, and modifications. * Data entry into internal systems and official platforms. * Preparation, control, and archiving of employment contracts and renewals. * Compilation and verification of complete personnel files and supporting documentation. * Tracking candidates referred by recruitment for enrollment in training programs. * Creation of individual employee files. * Preparation of daily reports. **W H A T W E S E E K?** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel). * Minimum one year of experience in file control and management. * Impeccable organizational skills. * Strong verbal communication skills. * Sense of urgency. * Problem-solving ability. * Positive attitude and dynamism. * Information retention capability. **O F F E R** * Monthly salary of $9,451.00 net, paid biweekly. * Performance bonus of $1,000.00. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Paid and continuous training. * Provision of work tools (laptop, company mobile network). * Medium-term growth opportunity within the company. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (1-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
