Job Description: At INOTEC, we are looking for a Construction Supervisor with strong character and leadership to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the highest authority on your assigned project, responsible for on-site supervision ensuring contractors comply with technical quality standards, enforcing mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and verifying that reported progress is accurate before authorizing any disbursement. Main Responsibilities: ● Execution Monitoring and Control. ● Industrial Safety. ● Reporting and Basic Administrative Tasks. **Mandatory Requirements:** ● University-level Technical Degree (TSU), incomplete Engineering degree, or recent graduate (Electrical, Civil, or Architecture). ● 1–2 years of experience as a foreman, safety supervisor, or junior resident in electrical/CCTV installations. ● Strong character. ● Availability: Must be able to rotate shifts (Night Shift / Weekends). **Desirable Qualifications:** ● DC-3 Certification. ● Basic proficiency with WhatsApp/Apps: For real-time submission of photographic reports. **We Offer:** Competitive monthly gross salary of $12,000–$15,000, depending on candidate’s experience and skills.
