**Business Intelligence Analyst** **ADEN REVELSTOKE Contact Center – Puebla** A leading company in the **Call Center** industry is seeking a **Business Intelligence Analyst**, responsible for transforming data into strategic information that supports decision-making and improves campaign performance. **Job Objective** Analyze, structure, and present information through reports and dashboards, ensuring data quality and reliability for business operations. **Requirements** * Age: 25 to 35 years * Gender and marital status: No preference * Preferably residing near the work location * Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields * Minimum 1 year of experience (in **Call Center** or similar) **Technical Knowledge** * Intermediate–advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, database management) * Power BI (basic–intermediate level, dashboard creation) * Google Sheets * Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence applied to analysis and automation * Database handling and cleansing (desirable) **Skills** * Analytical and critical thinking * Attention to detail * Organization and time management * Results-oriented mindset * Ability to transform data into actionable insights **Responsibilities** * Preparation of reports and analyses for various campaigns * Design and maintenance of operational and executive dashboards * Database management and cleansing * Identification of trends and areas for improvement * Ensuring information quality and consistency * Analytical support for decision-making **We Offer** * Base monthly salary of **$10,000** * Excellent commission scheme * Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Dynamic, results-oriented work environment Job Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
