CRM and communication tool management Job Description: A corporate entity specializing in services, industrial, and textile sales is seeking: Telemarketing Agent **Requirements:** * High school diploma * 1 year of experience in services, industrial, or textile sales * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills * Proficiency in computer use, relevant software and/or platforms, and communication tools (telephone, WhatsApp, email, SMS, social media, etc.) * Call management (initiation, monitoring, and closure); customer prospecting; CRM usage; customer support and service **Responsibilities:** * Customer prospecting via telephone and social media * Follow-up on customer portfolio * Quotation preparation and information delivery * Data entry and database updates * Achievement of monthly targets * Sales follow-up and closure We Offer: Monthly base salary of $9,400 plus commissions Working hours: 9 AM–6 PM (with one-hour lunch break); Saturdays: 9 AM–2 PM Employment Type: Full-time Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,400.00 – $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
