Job Summary: We are seeking a Call Center Advisor (Telemarketing) to make calls to prospective customers, promote loans, and follow up until sales are closed. Key Responsibilities: 1. Follow up with prospects until closing the sale **Profile: Call Center Advisor (Telemarketing)** **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (including a one-hour lunch break from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.) * Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Responsibilities:** * Make telephone calls to prospective customers * Promote and place loans * Follow up with prospects until closing the sale **We Offer:** * Initial weekly support of $1,866, increasing to $1,951 upon meeting targets (subject to email request) * Commission and bonus scheme based on goal achievement **“Vikings” Program:** * Special schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Commission structure defined by management * Requirement: Achieve monthly loan placements of $320,000 * The new schedule takes effect starting the month following target achievement **Employment Type:** * Commercial contract Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $6,223.25 – $12,521.02 per month Work Location: On-site employment
