This position is NOT sales-oriented. It is a strategic role focused on control, tracking, and commercial coordination. *Work Model* Hybrid model: 2–3 days per week in-office (coworking space), remainder remote. *Schedule* Monday to Friday, full-time. Saturday mornings (strategic follow-up and appointment confirmation). *Main Responsibilities* * Lead registration and tracking in Google Sheets. * Timely tracking of each pipeline stage. * Coordination with broker and closer. * Sending initial information to clients. * Daily system updates. * Calendar management and appointment confirmation. * Daily operational reporting. *Ideal Profile* * Highly organized and structured individual. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Basic–intermediate proficiency in Google Drive and Sheets. * Ability to maintain disciplined follow-up. * Administrative focus (not a sales profile). * Personal computer required. * Stable internet connection required. *Compensation Structure* First month: $8,000 MXN.
