Job Summary: Properly operate the assigned vehicle to cover daily delivery routes from the HUB, ensuring timely pickup and on-time delivery of merchandise to stores. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operating the assigned vehicle to deliver orders to satellite stores 2. Loading, unloading, and picking up merchandise and returns 3. Conducting daily vehicle inspections and recording mileage **Job Description** Properly operate the vehicle assigned by AutoZone in compliance with the company’s vehicle operation policies to ensure coverage of daily HUB delivery routes according to established usage policies, guaranteeing adherence to scheduled pickup times and timely delivery of merchandise to assigned stores. **Responsibilities** * Execute the HUB order delivery route to satellite stores as defined by HUB Coordinator logistics, using the vehicle assigned by AutoZone. * Load and unload merchandise in accordance with merchandise handling requirements; collect merchandise returns and empty totes from satellite stores to ensure timely order delivery to our stores and help ensure stores have the required products available on time to close sales. * Conduct daily vehicle inspections using the provided checklist to verify the vehicle is in good condition and identify required maintenance. Record daily mileage, noting the starting odometer reading and the odometer reading upon completion of daily duties. * **Requirements** * Technical degree * One or two years of experience * Prior experience in logistics routing, merchandise delivery, and distribution * Minimum age of 21 * Availability for rotating shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Sunday AutoZone de México is the leading retailer and distributor of automotive parts and accessories in the Americas.
