Coordination with external suppliers for technical services We Are Looking For **Maintenance Assistants** Job Requirements Education: Completed secondary school or technical high school (preferred). Experience: 3 to 5 years in general maintenance, preferably in the restaurant or service industry. Basic knowledge: electricity, plumbing, painting, light carpentry. Skills: teamwork, responsibility, assertive communication, service-oriented attitude. Availability for rotating shifts and support across different business units. Job Objective Support the conservation, repair, and preventive and corrective maintenance of restaurant facilities, equipment, and furniture, ensuring optimal operational and safety conditions in accordance with Group policies. \* Support for preventive and corrective maintenance of kitchen equipment, refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, and furniture. \* Periodic inspection of electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary installations under supervision of the maintenance supervisor. \* Execution of minor repairs (painting, plumbing, basic electricity, light carpentry). \* Immediate reporting of failures detected in equipment or installations. \* Assistance in cleaning and organizing the maintenance area and tool storage room. \* Recording of performed activities in the maintenance logbook. \* Compliance with safety and hygiene standards in all activities. \* Assistance in installing new equipment or furniture when operations require it. \* Coordination with external suppliers during technical service visits.
