Opportunity with a Tier-1 multinational in the automotive sector **Multinational newly established in Puebla.** Tier-1 supplier to the automotive industry "Injection/Chrome Plating/Assembly" with Corporate Headquarters in Spain. **We are currently seeking talents like you, so we invite you to join our team as:** ***"HR ASSISTANT"*** \* Educational Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (completed). \* Main Responsibilities: Recruitment and selection of profiles (administrative and operational) Administer and maintain headcount control (hires, terminations) Coordinate and schedule employee training Update the annual training program Administer performance evaluations Support on labor relations and employee separations Administration of documentation such as GMM, Life Insurance, cafeteria, etc. And other functions inherent to the department.
