Job Summary: We are seeking a Private Construction Resident with experience in private-sector construction projects to plan, organize, and coordinate projects, manage resources, and ensure execution in accordance with drawings. On-site problem solving and decision making At **Connecting Value**, we are looking for a **Construction Resident** with proven experience in private-sector construction. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture * 3 to 5 years of construction experience * Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project is required * **Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.** * Willingness to relocate or stay outside Puebla as required by projects * Experience in private-sector construction (industrial, residential, commercial, or office buildings) * Experience in projects exceeding 1,500 m² * Familiarity with SketchUp, Revit, or any ERP system **Main Responsibilities:** * Planning and organizing the construction project from commencement to handover * Managing and coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and operational staff * Consolidation and control of construction volumes * Document management, daily, weekly, and monthly reporting * Communication with clients, architects, suppliers, and management * Ensuring work execution complies with drawings, technical standards, and specifications * Monitoring construction progress, tracking the schedule, and proposing adjustments * Efficient administration of materials and resources * Cost control to keep the project within budget * On-site problem solving and decision making * Supervising material supply and operational staff performance **We Offer:** **Salary:** $18,000 \- $20,000 net (based on qualifications) **Statutory benefits** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
