The warehouse analyst provides operational, documentation, and analytical support to the order picking process, ensuring timeliness, picking accuracy, movement traceability, error control, and proper documentation in the WMS or ERP system.
Main Responsibilities:
o Verify that picking personnel comply with safety standards, organization requirements, and established protocols.
o Validate correct task and picking route assignments in the system according to orders and merchandise type.
o Confirm proper capture and closure of picking orders in WMS/SAP.
o Monitor order preparation time compliance per order, picker, and zone.
o Support the Supervisor in controlling and tracking pending items, incomplete orders, or system blocks.
o Record identified incidents: picking errors, shortages, overages, mislocated products, or incorrect SKUs.
o Coordinate with verifiers for audit-based order reviews and deviation analysis.
o Generate daily reports on picker productivity, picking accuracy, and cycle times.
o Support communication with Planning, Control Center, Shipping, or Systems teams for operational clarifications.
o Prepare documentation for internal audits, quality reviews, or administrative requirements.
o Document and retain operational records (picked orders, picking lists, error reports, photographs if applicable).
o Verify that system-recorded data accurately reflects physically picked items.
Requirements:
o Completed high school education (TSU or technical degree in logistics, administration, or related field preferred)
o Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in warehousing, picking, or order fulfillment
o Experience in systemic and physical picking validation
o Functional knowledge of WMS / SAP (picking orders, blocks, closures)
o Understanding of the complete picking process and its impact on shipping and inventory
