Responsible for predictive diagnostics and safety compliance. **TOYOTA TSUSHO CORPORATION DE MÉXICO** **IS SEEKING** **TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR** **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 \- 3 years of experience as an automotive workshop supervisor, forklift supervisor, or industrial equipment supervisor. * Education: Mechanical Engineering degree, Technical Degree in Automotive Mechanics, or related field. **Responsibilities:** * Control of Work Order forms. * Provide technical guidance and customer relationship advice to technicians assigned to your zone. * Ensure personnel under your supervision have their PPE, tools, and required training courses for project execution. * Manage customer quotations, purchase orders, and billing documentation. * Monitor 5S implementation in workshops and service vehicles. * Ensure both corrective and preventive services are performed according to schedule and as reported in work orders (OTs). * Control and proper safeguarding of spare parts and consumables inventories in assigned workshops and service vehicles. * Ensure personnel under your supervision and the workplace comply with appropriate safety measures. * Conduct predictive diagnostics on equipment under your supervision to anticipate failures that can be monitored in a timely manner. **Salary \+ Statutory benefits and above.** * Thirteenth-month bonus equivalent to 30 days' salary. * Savings Fund. * Grocery vouchers. * Life insurance. \* **TIME AVAILABILITY** Position type: Full-time, indefinite term.
