Opportunity to plan growth and implement business strategies FARMAVALUE A pharmacy chain present in 8 countries, with over 300 locations and 15 years of experience providing pharmaceutical services and distribution at the best price and highest quality, committed to delivering exceptional customer service and helping our customers maintain a healthy lifestyle. **PHARMACY MANAGER – NO FIXED BRANCH** **WILLINGNESS TO RELOCATE** Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in the retail sector * Completed high school or higher education * Availability to rotate shifts (pharmacy hours: 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Personnel management * Accounting * Payroll administration * Adaptability Responsibilities: * Selection, training, supervision, and performance evaluation of staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and assistants. * Inventory management: Control and tracking of stock levels, ensuring adherence to required inventory thresholds, etc. * Administrative management: Budget handling, report preparation, procurement management, and regulatory compliance. * Regulatory compliance: Ensuring adherence to laws, health regulations, and pharmacy policies. * Implementation of sales strategies, promotions, and loyalty programs to drive business growth. * Management of unexpected situations, such as drug shortages, staff issues, or customer complaints. * Participation in long-term pharmacy planning, including goal setting and execution of action plans. * Interaction with suppliers, health authorities, and other industry professionals.
